The High Performance NANO BCAA formula has also a small amount of the amino acid, Alanine added to it. Supplementing Alanine, like Glutamine, plays an important role in regards to preventing the body going into a catabolic state. This is because when the body requires extra energy, Alanine is the first amino acid which gets transported out from the muscle to the liver to get converted into sugars to send back to the muscle to supply energy. You are therefore loosing muscle proteins and becoming catabolic. The BCAA's, then undergo conversion to replace lost Alanine in muscle which leads to interference in the recovery and muscle building process. Supplementing extra Alanine stops its release from muscle, helping to preserve BCAA levels and aid the recovery and muscle building process.

After doing a tonne of research 🔬, this came out on top as one of the cleanest and purest creatine options available. I’d taken a few months off regular training, and within just a couple of weeks of using this, my strength started coming back noticeably faster than if I’d relied on training alone. There are so many creatine products out there, and it’s easy to get sucked in by fancy marketing and claims, but this one is genuinely no BS. In my opinion, it’s the best on the market. I either mix it with my pre-workout or throw it into a smoothie after training, and it blends perfectly with anything. 11/10 recommend - ditch whatever other rubbish brand you’ve got and upgrade to this.
