Dispatch and Deliveries Policy:

Please note that we don't send orders overseas! Our online shop is strictly for Australian customers! If you place an order your money will be refunded less PayPal or Shopify fees!

All ASN Advanced Sports Nutrition products are delivered via Australia Post Regular Post service. Postage will be calculated at checkout; an additional charge will be incurred for buyers requesting express delivery. We will endeavour to have your order in the post within 3 working days of placing it. Customised covers require a longer period to prepare so please allow up to 10 working days for goods to be delivered. Please ensure that you provide a valid delivery address. Where a valid address is not provided the purchaser will bear the expense to have the goods re-delivered.

Ordering Policy:

All orders taken by telephone must be paid for by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) when placing the order. All orders made using a purchase order system must be in writing (email or post) and have a valid purchase order number. Payment for goods may be made by credit card, funds transfer. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Instructions for returning products:

Please either contact us on 03 8360 7100 or send an email to info@asn-nutrition.com to let us know that you'd like to return or exchange a product. Please include your order number and the reason as to why you would like a return/exchange, and include any necessary photo documentation if applicable. Our admin team will then be able to assist you with your return request.

All goods returned to ASN Advanced Sports Nutrition will be inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, a replacement product will be sent at the expense of ASN Advanced Sports Nutrition or a refund issued.

In the case of non-faulty goods returned to ASN Advanced Sports Nutrition, we reserve the right to deduct the standard restocking fee from any refund issued, or to return the goods to the customer at the customer’s expense.
