I’d taken a few months off regular training, and within just a couple of weeks of using this, my strength started coming back noticeably faster than if I’d relied on training alone. There are so many creatine products out there, and it’s easy to get sucked in by fancy marketing and claims, but this one is genuinely no BS. In my opinion, it’s the best on the market. I either mix it with my pre-workout or throw it into a smoothie after training, and it blends perfectly with anything. 11/10 recommend - ditch whatever other rubbish brand you’ve got and upgrade to this. I had to buy some Creatine have bought from other store one I got was up setting my stomach, stoped it, So got on to Asn Nano Creatine, easy weezy mixes well one shake and down the hatch it goes no stomach upsets take it before training and I feel so strong and full of energy few times I lifted pushed more than use to unbelievable stuff.
